Our litigation support team provides three services for litigation attorneys: expert witness consulting arrangements, and forensic accounting. Additionally, we have extensive experience in testifying in Federal and State Courts and in arbitration hearings.

When serving as an independent expert witness, Lally & Co.’s litigation support team provides understandable written reports and Daubert-standard expert testimony. When serving as a consultant, Lally & Co. helps the legal team draft interrogatories, develop strategy, conduct financial analyses, provide trial observation and assessment, and clearly understand the financial aspects of a lawsuit. As forensic accountants, Lally & Co. builds the numbers from the ground up and then looks beyond the numbers to identify and assess the root causes of misappropriation.
